The first day I was a problem with my ear and I told my husband that I was cold when I arrived the doctor told my husband laughed and asked why I always cold? Dr. said it might have hypothyroidism, so it has been tested and it was.
Compared to your screen name, you are a dancer. Do you have enough to eat? Many dancers are anorexic as a rule. My cousin is anorecxic and it's cold all the time. Try to eat something and see if it helps.
Try buying a water heater.
You can have a body temperature that is obviously bad that you feel the cold more than the average person.
I have a low body temperature (97.2 ° F average ).... I have the opposite experience, I am always hot.
Maybe it's a company to most of the time.
Anemia does not make you feel cold ... Are you sure that your iron levels are normal again?
In addition, you can check, whether the doctor for blood tests to check your thyroid gland. It is a hereditary disease .. Has anyone in your family have hypothyroidism? It is as if the thermostat for the body, but controls many things with your comfort level. Things like dry skin, foot drop, appetite, bowel movements, menstrual cycles ... Tons of stuff.
Good luck!
Did you know that your iron levels are linkred your thyroid levels. I think my thyroid, iron levels change so is the other. As a thyroid problem that makes you feel the cold more quickly.
Also check out the light, not exercise and always have something to concentrate.
Oh, and thermal wear that actually work.
Are you really? When I was in my 20's My weight has always been around 100 110 pounds and was still cold when I got older I took on weight and after hitting 117 pounds, which was not quite so cold. Could it be that you no body fat to keep warm

Maybe you should tell your doctor about it?
Maybe you should tell your doctor about it?
A bottle of rye.
That will keep you warm
You must first learn to live with temperatures of different body parts, I think you should always wear socks, keep your feet warm, you'll help with the rest of the body, I do not drink cold bevarage candies are sometimes helps heat the sugar in the body to hold. Good luck
I live in California, but have the same problem. Mine turned out to be too low, take iron - in a supplement to, but still the same problem. I hope that we have good answers, they can help!
Get your thyroid checked. People who have a underactive thyroid is usually cold.
Other symptoms of swelling around the eyes, weight gain, pain and tenderness in the wrist, dry skin, depressed mood, at times, and there is more. If you are an Active hypothyroidism very important to get treated too. Each user can have an underactive thyroid gland, sometimes runs in families, but some people do not want anyone in your family. Recently, the birth can also lead to active your thyroid to be what actually happened. The treatment is simple, one tablet per day.
You need hot food
If severe anemia, she said, her blood is not enough oxygen for some chemical reactions that release energy from heat. Anorexia is what you have been ill or strict diet that's totally wrong!
I suggest that a good, rich (in vitamins and all groups, not just salads) food, a blood test shows your doctor and see what they say.
